To this point in time, information usually comes to me because a spirit wants to communicate to me or to others. I have not been in the habit of asking the higher spirits questions, and then waiting to hear or channel their answers.
This posting is from me, Eric. I had a dream the other night – one that woke me quite suddenly due to a thunderstorm at 3:00 am that was sending rain into my room through my open windows.
There is a continuum that happens related to communications with spirit and discernment. On one side of the continuum (say the far left side) you have those thoughts/experiences that occur that you feel confident are NOT spirit communication.
If you read the About Eric section, I noted that I would not want to go back to not knowing or not having these skills, but that it has its challenges for life/living… I want to expand on that statement now.
As channeled: “Spirits are more sensitive and delicate, but are stronger, this is true the more advanced (a spirit gets). There is a process of hardening, of getting a harder, crustier shell when incarnate. A protection, a shell but the shell is not like an outside coating.
The person came through as older and a bit parent-like. He felt male – but I do not know that for sure – it was not an extreme feeling of gender one way or another. My parents are still here in this dimension. It did not feel like them.
“This (the mechanism of shared consciousness) is also how your security is managed and how we are always in the know around you, to protect you. And it is how you call to us for protection – (it is) all shared and quite instant.
When the communication began, I was being shown imagery that was pointing out to me that shared consciousness is not a single thing – per se. And that it is more complex than I understood, and that it is more foundational to metaphysical events and spiritual development than I understood.
